As a letting agent, we have worked with Scott and the team at Scott Gas for many years, and they have consistently delivered in excellent service. They are incredibly responsive, reasonably priced, and the quality of their work – and their communication-has always been first class. One of the standout aspects of working with Scott Gas is the clear and timely job-reporting updates, which our landlord clients really appreciate. It gives everyone peace of mind knowing that jobs are progressing smoothly and transparently. Special mention must go to Caitlin, who is exceptionally organised and proactive. She always keeps us fully updated on every instruction, which is a breathe of fresh air and saves our Property Managers a significant amount of time-not having to chase for updates is truly invaluable in our line of work. Overall, Scott Gas is a reliable, well run company that we are always confident recommending. Their professionalism and communication make them an asset to anyone in the property industry.
